35: Annual Updates for ESOP Participant Statements

We step through the work ESOP trustees do in partnership with an independent qualified valuation advisor to determine the value of a (non-publically-traded) company for the annual update, which then feeds into the plan participant statements. This is a key document for employee-owners, as this is that statement that updates them on Ithier share of their company's value.
